要體驗當地風情，當然不會ㄧ開始就選擇旅館而是考慮較能融入當地生活的民宿，從蒐集到的旅遊資料來看，民宿的精采程度是可以預期的。
由於是旅遊旺季民宿要先預定，草擬一封信預約順便拜託看有沒有 打折：

This is Hongchyi Chen (Riki) and Kai-Cheng Chuang (Joe). We are the freelance photographer who work travel book, magazine publishers from TAIWAN. We are working on our new project of Province.
Trough our survey, we found your place is an ideal one for our project. To collect the B&B place information is part of our mission. We will stay in the chosen B&B and make a detail introduction report. If your place available form July 19 to 22, we would love to make a reservation.
By the way, according our very tight budget. We are really need your help on give us some discount, It will be the greatest favor in this trip. As a professional photographer, we promise will do our best to take the best pictures of your place.
The reservation time: from 2005 July 19 to July 22. (4 night) (註一)
